Important: Who Pays What
Employer pays InTurn: Setup fee + monthly admin fee. This covers program administration, fund management, and support.
Employees pay into the pool: Monthly contributions go into the rotating pool, not to InTurn. The employer fee is separate from employee contributions.
What's Included
Your monthly $200 admin fee covers:
- Program administration: Documentation and support for admin and employees
- Fund custody & management: Segregated bank account for pooled contributions with manual ledger administration
- Payout processing: Direct deposit to employees on scheduled payout dates (biweekly rotation)
- Regular reporting: Participation status, pool balance, payout schedule provided to participants
- Employee support: Help desk for participant questions and issues
- Compliance & tax reporting: Annual tax forms for participants (once tax treatment is finalized)
What's NOT Included
- Payroll provider fees: We coordinate payroll integration with your provider at no extra cost from InTurn. But if your payroll provider charges a setup fee for adding the deduction, that's your responsibility.
- Employer contributions (optional): If you choose to match or contribute to the pool, those funds go into the pool, not to InTurn. This is your choice, not a required fee.
- Legal review: We recommend reviewing InTurn's structure with your legal counsel. Legal fees are your responsibility.
No Hidden Fees
Some things we don't charge for:
- Per-participant fees (flat monthly rate regardless of pool size)
- Transaction fees on payouts
- Setup changes or adjustments during pilot
- Early termination fees (cancel anytime)
- Customer support or troubleshooting
Flat-rate pricing: Whether you have 5 participants or 50, the fee is $200/month. This makes budgeting simple and predictable.

Required: Pay InTurn the $500 setup fee and $200/month admin fee.
Optional: Contribute or match funds to the employee pool (if you want to amplify the impact).
Not responsible for: Pool shortfalls, employee defaults, or fund management. InTurn handles custody and disbursements.
Billing & Payment
Setup fee: Due upon signing. Invoice sent after initial consultation call.
Monthly admin fee: Billed monthly on the 1st of each month. Payment via ACH, wire, or credit card.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No penalties, no long-term contracts.
Pilot Pricing (Optional)
If you want to test IN TURN with a small group before committing to a full rollout, we offer pilot pricing:

Pilot Program Details
Pilot pricing applies to organizations testing InTurn with 10-20 employees for 6 months. At the end of the pilot, you can:
- Expand to full rollout at standard pricing ($200/month)
- Extend pilot for another 6 months at pilot pricing
- Conclude the program with no penalty
Volume Discounts (100+ Employees)
If you're rolling out InTurn to 100+ employees across multiple pools, contact us for volume pricing. We offer discounts for large-scale implementations.
